Ears go right up, like a pit bull hearing a whistle, when I hear "... a financial and investing literacy series for the member families. We put together a first draft syllabus this week ...". As a devoted follower Kris, I'm interested in what will be on there! See you at the next Moontower.
I'm so glad you're reading and enjoying Tomorrow, Tomorrow, & Tomorrow. I read it earlier this year and while it was not perfect, it was a real joy to read. I hope you enjoy the rest of it as much as the bit you'd read up until this post.
I see you read the Three Body Problem and The Dark Forest, are you planning on reading the last book in the series (Death's End) as well? I thought the first two were definitely the best in the series, but the last one was also worth reading. I did find that with the series in general I was more interested in the concepts he was discussing rather than finding the books themselves to be great.
Also I really enjoyed A Man for all Markets, always nice to see convertible bonds getting some love!

Didn’t realize you were a guitarist! I’m adding Pedal Culture & Guitar Zero to my list.
